Where In France For Your Villa?
France is a wonderful country in western Europe. Spacious and rich in culture and great food. Which of the many regions should you go for?
The French Riviera is great but there is so much more to France than just this over-priced, pretentious area.
The mediterranean regions are warmer – possibly too hot? But stunning.
Consider the whole of the south west of France. Provence is another beautiful region in France to consider for large French villas.

Consider the Dordogne.
Large groups need large space. And don’t forget – the Dordogne gives you that. There is plenty of tranquil, rural French countryside, that you can be together, without worrying about neighbours or anything else.
We have exactly the peaceful manor house you need, with heated pool and table tennis, set in 26 acres of quiet rural landscape in France. Our properties are perfect countryside retreats, offering the serenity and space you desire.

This private pool is enclosed by strong safety glass, so you can see in to watch everyone swimming and enjoying themselves and having fun. You can also see out to the stunning countryside views around. It also gives you peace of mind, knowing that children cannot get into the swimming pool area, so they can stay safe.

This stunning villa in France is remote and tranquil, with no near neighbours, so you can relax knowing you’re not bothering anyone – and nobody can bother you!
The landscaped gardens and lawns surround the heated pool and terrace patio.

Country Garden, grounds and forests

Forests and Lakes
Walking down the garden, you will encounter the natural beauty of acres of forests and trees for your friends and family to explore. If you’re bringing your dog, they will love the freedom here!

Our lake, situated the other side of one of our forests, a few hundred metres distance from the swimming pool, is stunning and peaceful. You might be able to take our row boat out on the lake.
Games Room With Table Tennis and Snooker / Pool Table
This Games Room, built in 2019, offers a variety of entertainment options perfect for you and your families to relax and play together.

Cinema

At this villa, there is also a 3-metre wide home theater screen and sofas, so you can all curl up at night together, and watch a film or Netflix. We also have a PS4 plugged in to the cinema.

The cinema has surround-sound, so the audio is fantastic.

There is also a solid oak drinks bar, with drinks optics (like in a pub), as well as a sound-system equipped with karaoke.
Banquet Hall at This Holiday House
At most other French villas in France, you won’t get such an amazing huge Banquet Hall and dining experience as this villa has!

On your holiday in France, you want to be cool on a hot summer’s day. This large Banquet Hall gives you a massive space to hang out or have meals, while staying deliciously cool when it’s hot outside.
You don’t need air conditioning with stone walls this thick!

The banquet dining table can seat up to 20 people, so you can host guests here rather than going out to restaurants all the time.
You have a huge self-catering Country Kitchen with enough room to cook and socialise together.

The 6-metre long breakfast bar means you and your family can all sit together, eat and talk inside the house.
The other side of the central brick chimney is the lounge area, with a large TV and 12-seater sofas, so in the evenings you can hang out and watch something.

Also, the TV has Bluetooth headphones so children can watch TV without everyone else in the house hearing the TV.
Villa Bedrooms and Accommodation
At this villa in France, we have 5 luxurious bedrooms.

3 of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, while the other 2 bedrooms have access to the family bathroom.

Bedrooms
All bedrooms have at least a double bed, if not two double beds.

One bedroom accommodation has a beautiful brick chimney fireplace, one another of the bedrooms has a four-poster kingsize Royal bed.

One room has two double beds as well as an ensuite bathroom so is ideal for either one full family, or for multiple children.
The Master bedroom upstairs has a solid oak balcony which overlooks the Banquet Hall, so you can wake up with an impressive view.

You also have a Fireman’s Pole to slide down from the balcony into the Banquet Hall !
